| Directions to the Park: From Houston TX: Highway 35 South toward Rockport. After you cross the Copano Causeway (1 mile long lighted fishing pier), we are 3 minutes south--2nd park on the right (west side). From San Antonio TX: Highway 37 to exit 31:188 Sinton/Rockport. Turn left on 188. Turn left onto Highway 35, continue until highway ends at "T". Turn east (right) approximately 3/4 of a mile to the traffic light. This is Business 35. Turn north (left) and proceed approximately 3 miles. The Park is on the west side (left). |
From Austin TX: US 183 South to US 87 toward Victoria
to Highway 77 south. Take the exit TX 239 (Goliad/Tivoli/Corpus Christi).
Turn east (left) onto TX 239 and continue approximately 2 miles to TX 35.
Turn south (right) and proceed approximately 30 minutes to the Copano
Causeway bridge. From the south end of the bridge you are
approximately 3 minutes from the park. RV 35 is the second park on the
right side. From Corpus Christi: If you are coming from the south on TX 37 proceed around downtown area to exit TX 181 (Portland/Rockport). Past Portland at "Y" keep left and proceed on TX 35. Do not exit at any Rockport exit. Continue until highway ends at "T". Turn east (right) onto FM3036 and proceed to traffic light (this is Business 35). Turn north (left) and proceed approximately 3 miles. The Park is on west side of road, north of Aransas County Airport (private). |
